Vineyard Museum Circle
The Vineyard Museum Circle is a group of the Museum's most valued benefactors. Vineyard Museum Circle patrons partner with the Museum and other key patrons to preserve Vineyard history, culture, and art. They provide substantial and ongoing support to the Museum by pledging support for three years, at $2,500 or more per year. The circle makes it possible for the Museum to fulfill its mission.
Vineyard Museum Circle patrons enjoy special privileges for each of the three years of their commitment:
- Free admission for family and guests to all exhibitions and programming events
- 10% discount in the Museum gift shop
- Free subscription to our newsletter, The Messenger, and our scholarly journal, The Dukes County Intelligencer
- Special recognition as patrons of the Vineyard Museum Circle
- Invitations to Circle-only programs and other special events
- A sail on the catboat Vanity for up to six (Skipper Chris Murphy, you and your four guests)
- Annual use of one of the Museum's three lighthouses for a private social event
- Early reservations and preferred seating for the Atria Wine Dinner (May), Evening of Discovery (June), and Art Party (September)
Lucy and I became patrons of the Vineyard Museum Circle because we believe in the Martha's Vineyard Museum, its mission and its future. We want our grandchildren to love and appreciate the Island's history and culture as we do, so it is very important to us that the Museum remain the wonderful resource it is for many years to come.
